REFUND POLICY

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a Client chooses to discontinue a project after work has started, any payments already made remain non-refundable.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

Upon full payment, ownership of the final Shopify store design and agreed deliverables shall transfer to the Client. However, Invesify LLC retains ownership of:

• Custom coding libraries
• Proprietary workflows
• Reusable templates
• Internal documentation
• Development methodologies
• Business processes

Nothing contained within these Terms grants the Client ownership of Invesify LLC’s proprietary systems or intellectual property unless expressly stated in writing.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may require the use of third-party platforms, applications, software, payment processors, or service providers, including but not limited to:
